OK, you're probably wondering, how did we create our highly successful,  time-proven real estate systems?

Well, I wasn't always in real estate.  I used to be an apprentice electrician right here at the Sacramento electrician's union, Local 340, IBEW.  I even became a journeyman! But I started to do real estate in my spare time.  It wasn't long before I was making more money in real estate in my spare time than as an electrician full-time!  So I went into the real estate business full time.

In 1982 I was so busy in real estate that I asked my wife Coleen to leave her very profitable house cleaning business and join me in real estate.  She took to the real estate business FAST!  We both became licensed brokers, a higher state of licensee in California than being an "agent" and created a business that's more client focused rather than be a self-focused agency. This approach was so successful that it even led to me being named "Agent Of The Year," by a local real estate company!

 And then something really amazing happened that rocketed me to a place I had never been before! 

I was asked to fill in for talk show host Tom Sullivan at KFBK radio when he was sick or on vacation.  My real estate talk show was a real hit.  That lead to a regular show for me on the weekends in addition to my fill-in duties.  In time I wrote a column for the Sacramento Bee newspaper and was seen regularly on KCRA TV 3 doing real estate reports.  That lead to consulting jobs, paid appearances and speeches!
